Exploitation of Indian writers, students, various artists by Govt. of India for copyright

Exploitation of Indian writers, students, various artists by Govt. of India for copyright

Prime Minister Office of India whether enact any amendment in Copyright Law?

Why major population of country believe that they are slave. Many facilities and schemes of governments in India, are being implemented for selected people who are under control of rulers or higher castes.

United States of America expends crores of dollars for students. But, still in India, for a single page copyright registration fees Rs. 550/- (plus postal charges) being charged. This is grave injustice with students, writers, and various artists. I think --- for individuals of India, copyright registration should be free, except corporate body or institution, company or any other legal person.

Nationwide movement is needed to fight against this an exploitation. Whether a poor student, writer, artist can obtain copyright for a single page in more than Rs.550/-? Answer is ''no''.

Copyright Office is only one in India. It should be in every State of India.
In my view, amendment to Copyright  Act is necessary. Charging registration fees is an exploitation of Indian writers, students, various artists by Govt. of India for copyright registration.
